[ The Price $$$ ]I got this IRIS RP-750 Rabbit House almost 3 years based on my extensive research and concluded with this as the best pick at the time. I still feel the same today.At the time the price was only:Get this...$39.97$ 9.49 Shipping----------$49.46Just under $50 purchased and no tax on February 24, 2010. Now it's $97 and sometimes $90.It disgusts me that the original seller "The Sportsman's Guide" no longer sells it anymore as I've tried to see if they could sell them again as they had the best price.Only ABC Pet Plaza sells it and now they charge almost 3 times the cost and hiked the MSRP to $150?That's insane.At one point ABC Pet Plaza sold a pair of these rabbit houses for about $90!Why is this company jacking up the price for this item?I believe it is because no other supplier sells it so they have a monopoly on this item.I did a lot of searching online when I was looking for a new cage for my mini rex and this one got a lot of very good feedback, I'm so glad I went with this one!When it arrived, the bottom piece was cracked from shipping (which I read other people had similar experiences with) but I took pictures and contacted the seller who was very fast to respond and send a replacement piece for no charge and without me having to mail the broken part back.Assembly was very easy, it snaps together very well and the yellow snaps on the side allow for easy access, and cleaning.I absolutely LOVE the plastic- it's SO much easier to clean than wire cages I've had in the past. At the same time it's durable to bunny teeth.The size is wonderful for smaller rabbits, though I feel it might be a bit cramped for larger breeds. My mini rex has plenty of room on each level to stretch out, sit, lay down, and stand straight up (which has become one of his new favorite things to do!) in his cage. It's high off the ground which makes it a lot easier to interact with him and to get him as well as his food and water out and in. Both doors open and close very easily and my rabbit is having a harder time running from me when it's time to make him come out since I can reach him from different angles.My rabbit has also become very fond of being able to hop in and out of the cage as he pleases when I leave the door open for him. At first I put a box below the door in case he needed an extra step but after about a week he's hopping in and out on his own all the time.When I was looking for his new cage, size was a large factor for me as he has recently gained a bit of weight. He's a lot more active in this cage hopping up and down to and from each level and in and out of the cage, which gives me hope that his activity level along with his new diet will help him shed a few pounds.Training him to the litter box was very easy. At first he sometimes wanted to go on the top layer near his hay but I cleaned it up as often and as quickly as I could to get the smell away and now he's using just the box part. He does occasionally go in the bottom as well, but I think a lot of is due to the fact that I have a lazy little man who can't be bothered to go up to the box when he's sleepy.One of the only cons I've found so far is that the grate over the litter box can become a bit difficult to clean on the bottom as urine will gather around the edges of the removable grate and it's a bit difficult to wipe between the squares. Otherwise, I absolute love the pull-out litter box; it makes cleaning so much quicker and easier!Also, you may find that certain water bottles, food bowls, hay racks, and other attachments may not be able to attach to the cage as easily as they would to a wire one.Overall, this is a wonderful cage for small to medium sized rabbits; it's a great size, easy to assemble, easy to clean, and has officially been given the seal of approval from both bunny and owner here!
